Payment Methods:

  •     Internet payment provider Paypal (You will be automatically redirected to your Paypal account and payment can be made immediately)
  •     Credit Card Payment You will be redirected to the secured page of Ogone Ingenico payments, where you can complete your payment with 3-D Security. Upon successful transaction you will be redirected to and receive the confirmation.   •     Bank transfer (You will receive all the necessary data for a bank transfer with the completion of the order in the order confirmation, so you can pay as usual., The goods will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment)
  •     Cash on pickup (If visit us at the store during opening hours you may pick up your order and pay locally.
  •     When buying on account, we use the service of Paypal Plus. Shipping is then after release by Paypal i.d.R. immediately. More information at

We ship all ordered items only against prepayment.
All products we ship are checked carefully. Nevertheless, should a product not meet your expectations or be inadequate, please contact us.

All shown pictures and product illustrations show the products true to the original. Color deviations are possible due to different screen color resolution among the different manufacturers and are not a defect. However, if the color deviation is so serious that you are dissatisfied with it, please contact us.

All orders on our website are treated equally with the sales in our store, if a product has been sold in the meantime and has not yet been entered into the inventory, the order can be rejected if the product is no longer available. In this case you will be informed as soon as possible.
Why did I not receive an order confirmation?

We always send out an order confirmation and after processing and shipping a shipping confirmation with all relevant data for your order and the revocation.

If you did not receive an order confirmation, there are several reasons:

2. It is quite possible that our messages have been defined as spam by your program and are therefore in the "Suspected Spam" folder. Open the mail with the known sender of "RENIO & CLARK" and click on the note "do not treat as spam". Your e-mail provider "RENIO & CLARK" automatically takes over your so-called "Whitelist". Afterwards you will receive all notifications with the sender "RENIO & CLARK" in the usual inbox.

3. Pre-sorting by your software provider: Programs such as Outlook only retrieve mail from the inbox folder of your email provider. If you miss a notification from us, we ask you to check directly with your e-mail provider on the Internet, if you may have received mail from us. Because maybe there was a pre-sorting by your provider and our mails were assigned to another folder, e.g. land in your spam filter (see 2)

All parcel shipping products we ship worldwide to the rates of DHL. If your country is not available in the selection list, please contact us.

All non-parcels are shipped by freight carrier. For this we will pick out and present you the cheapest offer. Using our delivery service, we charge 39ct / km.

What to do if my package or content is damaged?

All products are carefully packed and transport-safe according to DHL's requirements. Should a package or its contents nevertheless be damaged, please fill out the form "damage report" and within 7 days return it to your post office. Information about the right of withdrawal


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us) have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Non-return shipments can not be accepted, please frank your shipment sufficiently.

    Please do not send any non-free consignments and/or without comment back to us, these can not be assigned or accepted, therefore it may happen that in case of revocation, the revocation does not arrive on time.
